Looks like an ATI driver error. Following some internet searches it was a common error at some point. The simpliest solution would be to update your video driver to the latest version. Could you try that?

Internet search says it's an ATI/AMD driver error when using OpenGL. Do you have the same problem with other OpenGL applications/games?

I've been able to play Beat Cop, European Truck Simulator 2, CoD4, and CS:GO. The internet is saying these use OpenGL

Could you provide a link confirming they are OpenGL games? I do not doubt it, just want to make sure.

I didn't know any off the top of my head but I know I've seen Steam download it.

I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

I can't say for Euro Truck Simulator 2, but the information about CoD4, CS:GO and Beat Cop could be incorrect. If Steam pages are to be believed they use DirectX on Windows (but they use OpenGL on Linux and MacOS).

And I'm sorry, Steam download what?

Ah sorry, I should've been more thorough. Is there a game you know uses it?

And I was referring to downloading OpenGL, before it started a game I know Ive seen it download OpenGL on multiple occasions.

Sorry, but you can't download OpenGL :) Unlike DirectX which is a library you need to install, OpenGL is provided with video drivers. Maybe you've seen Steam downloading OpenAL which is a library, but for audio.

Do you have more than one monitor?
