Did you follow them exactly as they are written?
If you did but the game is still unplayable, then it could not be helped. OpenAL is a 3rd party library which is required fot the game to work. If it fails to be installed on your system, please consider a refund.

I don't wish to refund you guys. I really wish to get this working.
I have checked and I have drivers in versions newer than the ones needed....and it's having issues looking for an audio source.....What Drivers aren't supported?

It is an OpenAL error. It means the game can;t initialize your sound system. Is there something specific to your sound system? Do you have external speakers or headphones? Maybe your monitor have speakers?
