Help Startup error Haydee スタートアップエラー発生

I'm Japanese so I can't speak English, but thank you. I bought Haydee, but I get a startup error and can't start the game.
The following statement came out as an error.

init failed.see game.log for details

I looked into the game log and it looks like this.

I am sorry, but it seems that your integral videocard is too weak to handle this game. Haydee requires that your videocard support at least OpenGL 3.3 API, while your Intel HD Graphics 3000 supports only OpenGL 3.1 API

I am afraid there is nothing you can do to make that game run on your PC. you can try to update videocard drivers, but I don't think it will help.

if you don't have a better PC (or external videocard you can plug in), then I would have refunded game on your place, sorry =/
