As you mentioned previously about minimize the window then coming back to the game without being able to open it, It may be a thing to your screen/OS settings.

Do you mind to please share if you use fullscreen in the game and what resolution?

Or you use borderless mode by any chance? If not then i recommend using it and giving another try and see if the issue persist.

Yes, I mostly use fullscreen mode. After your question, I decided to try to do the same, but in windowed mode. But everything remained as before. Even in the windowed game mode, when you collapse and try to expand the game, it still does not unfold. When you click on the game, it just doesn't react, and a little later it freezes and that's it. It remains only to close the game and log in again
