What to do in these places?
So I've gotten pretty far by now. I believe I've gone through pretty much every area now, green, red, yellow, black and even blue a little bit.

I got the night vision, gas mask, crowbar, pliers, magnum, smg, and some mines.

But in all of the colored areas I think there's still something that I can't figure out.

Okay so talking only about the YELLOW area specifically, I don't know what to do in these places (I can upload photos of these places if required for reference):

1) (if I am not mistaken) Before entering the no-guns zone, going near the save point, there's a room with a tall structure in the middle that can be climbed, this leads to a room where you can see a yellow button behind some grates. I don't know how to get there.

2) From Floor 2 I got the wi-fi receiver, although I know that on the other side of the room where I got it there's a CAKE slice (must be a Portal easter egg) that is probably not required to advance but still I would like to know how to get there.

3) At the end of Floor 3, after moving around that yellow pillar that you have to jump onto, I end up in a small room with a grate in front of me and a brawler sitting on the other side like he's meditating or something.

4) At the end of Floor 4 I can see an opening built into a wall with a grate through which I'm supposed to smuggle my weapons, this is near a saving point, but I don't know how to get on the other side.

5) After this spot in Floor 4, the last room has a switch that I can press to toggle a grate and open it on the left side (closing it on the right side if I am not mistaken), but I have never been on the other side.

6) At Floor 6 there's this room with 5 enemies, 2 brawlers and 2 assassins and one more assassin jumping down from the ceiling, I've been trying to blow them up with mines, I reckon with enough tries I could do them, but I think I am meant to do this with guns. And I think that if I can make it out alive I can collect a blue card, but I'm not 100% sure since I never got too close.

And one more, this one in the BLACK area:

7) On Floor B I believe I need an ORANGE key car, no idea where that is.

Overall I guess I'm looking for 2 more RED key cars to get a BLUE one in return, but I think I've seen some GREEN locked places still and some other places in the GREEN area and maybe RED area too that I haven't been able to solve.

I can upload pics of these places if required to better identify them.

1) climb up the crates on the left, then to the center pipes, all the way to crates on the right side. and then back to the center. climb up and get to the door. and this door lead u into a trade box under a fence, which u can put in two items (eg. weapon) and can access it on the other side (no-gun zone).

2) actually, there is no way connected to that room. (u can't get the cake, even with cheating. it's just a decoration.)

3) when u see a gate that u can't pass through. there's always a button on the other side that trigger the gate. u have to find the way to the opposite side, place a signal receiever there. (that's how a wifi-receiver is used.)

4) that's the trade box mentioned in 1)

5) with a double-gate, u can trigger it in the same way u use your remote in green zone. (that's mean u need a wifi receiver for that trick.)

6) only fight with the slashers, the brawlers can be easily dodged. place mines exactly on where your enemies spawn.

7) orange keycard is for final boss area. there's three endings in two rooms. but u can have only 1 orange keycard, so choose it wisely.

Hey Daylight HK, thanks a lot for the help!

I actually just realized that points 1) and 5) on my list are connected and I'm currently exploring that path.

2) Oh okay I see! That's a pity, I really wanted to collect that chocolate cake, haha :P

3) By following the bath from points 1) and 5), I think I ended up in front of this guy, but when I pressed the button, I was let down... literally. I'm sure you know what I mean.

4) Right, so I'm almost there! Finally I get get a gun in this area!

6) Okay but I believe in this room I should kill them all regardless, right? Since there's 5 of them and almost no room for running around them.

7) So the orange key card is after I defeat the final boss? And three endings after I open the orange lock? Hmm...

3) that's why u need a wifi receiver to remote that button, it open the door to the room with the guard, but also trigger the trap that falling into death.

6) u need to plan your strategy, it's hard to say if u should kill them or not.

7) actually, there's two orange locks lead to two final areas. one in blue zone, one in black zone. three different situtation and outcome in the endings.

after u finish the game, u can take a look into this post. they're finding the best way to get the Runner achievement. (finish game in less than 1hr)
