I don't have any mods in. I am trying to get the starts for the three hospitals. However, when I try to train employees in flying, they stand and walk in place and I can't teach them anything new after that. The teacher and the student are both bugged at that point. Even if I fire them I can't get them to leave. I have no mods in at all and I'm not playing Sandbox. How do I fix this? I cannot finish getting my stars because this is glitched
