Off the Grid / Windsock Tech Support room glitch
So to get 1 star in Windsock you have to cure X patients with Glitchy Patch. It took me until after a Glitchy Patch Emergency happened for me to realize that the reason the # of cured patients had been stuck at 2 or 3 for a very long time was because the room was, apparently, perpetually waiting for a "called into room" patient to arrive - which they never did. The patients in line just got sicker and sicker and then died while waiting.

I finally opened a new Tech Support room and closed the other one, and the new one worked fine. System info follows.

Hi Kris! Thanks for getting back to me. I can now report that my first Tech Support room continued to not work - I turned it on again, and the other one off, and put in a doctor, and Patient #1 was not called in.

So I sold the room and replaced it with another, in the same place, and that one works normally. So it was something weird that happened when I first created the room, or it was something about it being the first Tech Support room I created. I suppose it could be something about the objects I put into the first one, but I don't think they were that different or unusual. I took a screen shot before I deleted the room, though, if that seems like a possibility to you.

Best of luck figuring it out!

Regards,
Stan

I am having the same issue. I have a Doctor in Tech Support and 3 patients waiting outside, but no one goes in and just gets sicker and dies.

I sold the room and recreated it and now it is working.
