This is the last achievement I need and somehow 14% of players have it, I've been combing A1 and A2S1 for hours and hours but I'm just not running into the event.

It's the last thing I need but I'm so tired of replaying the same stuff over and over in the hopes of getting one random event in one of the mystery event spaces.

Does anyone have any tips for running into this? I know it only shows up in A1, A2S1, and A4S3 but is it more likely to show up in one adventure than another?

I finally ran into it after starting a whole new save file and running through A2S1 on difficulty 2/3, but when I picked Bellamy to step into the portal it went awry and I didn't get the achievement??? It already took me so many hours just to find the thing, I can't believe it has a fail state after all of that

LET'S GOOOO! I immediately quit the run so it wouldn't save that I'd encountered the event and I re-entered A2S1 with the same conditions and characters (Jackson, Bellamy, and Pereira.) It wasn't on one of the mystery tiles this time but it was still on the board and when I tried sending Jackson into the portal it worked! It finally worked!!!
