Tooltips Clipped w/ UI Scaling Enabled
When the UI Scaling option is enabled, tooltips on the map positioned at the top and right are clipped:

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I've confirmed this is not an issue when UI Scaling is disabled. But I prefer to play with it enabled.

I can confirm this bug and was about to report the same thing. Seems like the developer completely missed this one.

Yep this is still a problem. Can confirm it happens with it turned on at 3440x1440 resolution.

The fix is to not use this feature which defeats the purpose and makes the UI extremely large on larger monitors.
