Hello, my battle just got soft-locked by an infected exploding and KOing its killer. The baron used his knife to kill an infected, and the resulting explosion KO'd him - but the game still wants me to finish his turn (movement or reload does nothing) and does not let me switch to one of the two other characters who still have not played their turns.
