So after a while of not playing any of the Far Cry games, for various reasons, I have wanted to get back into playing them and have 200+ hours in each of them but now all of a sudden when i click play to load the game the game just will not work for me at all. this goes for not only just far cry 5 on steam but also far cry 6 on ubisoft. please help me i would like to play these games again.

all the game does when i click "play" it acts like it is going to open and then it just stops and doesnt open.
