Far Cry 5 ne se lance plus

Bonjour, dès que j'essaie de lancer mon jeu une erreur apparait "un prblème est survenu lors de l'authentification de la propriété de ce produit " j'ai contacté le support ubisoft mais rien sans réponse depuis, 5 jours à l'aide

Sorry to hear it.

This message means the Ubisoft account that is currently linked to your Steam account does not have the game you're trying to launch activated on it. You must have linked it to a different Ubisoft account at some point. You will need to re-link the original account where the game was activated in the first place.

If you cannot access that account, please create a support case via https://ubi.li/ss9Wu and ask for assistance with a recovery and linking.
