Bug where all buttons/descriptions are messed up
When I started up my game, I noticed every text box previously have been changed into weird text like "mainmenu.continue" and "city_1", and the bottom left says "debug.ver". I was wondering if anyone else had the same issue or knows whats wrong. Reference images: https://imgur.com/a/GQfP2HZ

And you have installed any mods for the game?

Yes, but I've played 40+ hours with them and only now did this bug happen, I tried reinstalling and running without the mods and the text is still messed up

Help....same issue
It was the mod More Crafting Recipes. (At least for me)

Confirmed - Go to the discussions for the Additional Crafting Recipes - The localization strings are all messed up causing any of the menus , etc. to be like that. Hopefully as fix comes soon

That bug caused by mod. We can offer you to disable all mods or at least write to the mod developer.
If you use Additional craft recipes V1.14 just write to that topic https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/1729110862/1651043320645933959/
