Why does the death screen take soo damn long to load?
im sitting there waiting 10, 15 minutes for the damn thing to go away. any other loading screen takes a couple of seconds at most. whats wrong with this one?

You want to watch that again and again? ;-)
You can use the quick load (F9) or press ESC for the menu and load game before the death screen. Faster and less humiliating. :D

Same problem for me. When it happens that the death screen appears, I cannot switch it off. Whatever I press, ESC or mouse, or any keys. Only option is to press F9 multiple times. Otherwise I get stucked on the death screen!
