This is my 3d playthrough and the first time i come across this "bug". I finished with the Otradnoye elections(went with Katya) and since then Kovalev has been sitting at the tavern. Problem is everytime i get close to him, to get the quest, the dialogue window pops up(without actually talking to him) and all it says is that Kovalev is lost in his thoughts and that i should leave him alone.
I tried ineracting with the car at the factory(haven't done so until this point) and go back to him but the same situation occurs.
Anyone else had this bug or glitch?

P.S. I have the FreePlay mod installed if that helps
