After finishing Dan's Rebellion Quest and dealing with Syoma Voronok men, there is still one more quest in my journal: "[Factory] I need to speak with Dan, the head of the bandits, about further cooperation."
However, the only thing i can do when starting dialog is ask him about his thoughts regarding cities.
Is there any way I can complete this quest?
