Nop not tied to INT. I tried with 11 INT still no luck.
I honestly have no idea what to do there. Looked at both Russian and English dialogs.....
I think this is unfinished...
I have 2 working theories:
1. This is tied to that mind controlling worm you hear rumors about.
2. They are acutally from two different dimmensions.
Theory nr. 2 might mean its just an easter egg..... Althrough if its an easter egg then they have way too much dialog and are too presistant.

i don't think so - this was a nice easter egg encounter, from even the first updates...so i think it's still on the drawing board

It’s not a quest it’s just a hint at the multiple dimensional theory both of the characters will even mention the theory of multiple dimensions but apparently you can see through dimensions or something cause they can’t see each other but you can see them so you must be in a place where both connect also the characters names are just reworks of each other they are the same person but from different dimensions

It feels strange there is too much dialog just to troll us....
I meane yea the whole multi dimension thing sure but it feels there is a quest there. Way too much interaction for just an easter egg. Just feels unfinished.

In fallout 2 they had plenty of characters that were there just to talk to like the guy in vault 13 who tells you about how something bad happened every year of his life there was no quest just fun dialogue

True but Fallout 2 was also notoriously unfinished and had a lot of cut content. Many of those stumps were actually there becouse developers had to rush the thing in the end.

What about the vault 13 shrine keeper there’s no quest for him but quite a bit of dialogue and lots of the people there don’t have quests even with the restoration project

This would also be the only 2 NPC in this game that have so much dialog and no quest.

I've seen no sign of a quest from those two (one?), and to me they don't "feel" like quest-givers. What they might be is foreshadowing. Remember that there's a whole separate outdoor map we haven't seen yet; we might meet more members of their enigmatic scientific society in future updates.

They are worth 100 exp. Their sacrifices gladly given to raise the might of the great Raskolnikov

my guess is.

they both mention that for every universe where you are born as a male there is a universe where you are born female, among other things.

they are named:

Anastas Boorda

Anastasia B (Boorda?)

i'm guessing these are not 2 characters, but you are meant to be seeing 2 versions of the same character in the same location but in differant universes where one was born male and the other female
