need help for an English walkthrough for ATOM
considering the constant amount of updates and how many people tend to ask the same questions over and over again regarding the primary and secondary quest lines, which some tend to be slightly different depending on the updates, i suggest we the players, team up and make a walkthrough
unfortunately the English wiki http://atom-rpg.wikia.com/wiki/ATOM_RPG_Wiki#Welcome_to_the_ATOM_RPG_Wiki is still lacking due to few translators compared to it's Russian counterpart http://ru.atom-rpg.wikia.com/wiki/%D0%A0%D0%B5%D1%86%D0%B5%D0%BF%D1%82%D1%8B_%D0%B4%D0%BB%D1%8F_%D0%9A%D1%80%D0%B0%D1%84%D1%82%D0%B0

so what i expect from the people that will take this endevour - we'll focus on questlines, mentioning branching outcomes and rewards (you also need to specify if they're a specific checks required - we could leave actual values for later or wait for the devs to give hints)

we can post them in the Solution thread, also try and keep civil and write if you have constructive input or information on a quest - one post for each mission the tile should state the quest, maybe the quest-giver and the location

a simple example :

harvesting corn (Otradnoye) - optional quest
the simple quest has a few ways of completing it - also it might get you a funny old gun, that i kinda keep in the weird trophies box
1. harvest the corn behind his house and deliver it
2. plant corn (need seeds) at the field next to the abandoned house at the edge of the village map
3. buy it from merchants
4. pickpocket/ get it from corpses
this quest is slightly time sensitive since it has to be done before the village election - the old guy dies shortly after the village gets a new mayor

can ATOM get any willing cadets brave enough to tackle this tedious mission that will help all future wasteland travelers??

perks
streetwise - read the criminal dictionary in the village's head library (next to the safe) offers dialog options
enthomologist - brink any bevarage that reduces radiation to the fisherman in the village ability to get items from insects if you have a knife, axe in your inventory (doesn't need to be equiped)
possessed - let yourself be punched by a nutjob in the village (he will look like a cultist and will have a pig) can only be done once - you gain strenght and loose charisma and intelligence
strong - after training in your bunker - the duration is unclear
zooman - ability to talk to animal(s)??????????????ingest a cream/potion in the trade council bunker next to a very educated and philosophycal pig
ghost protection - it ads to youroverall defence

how to get the dog: farm random encounters until the dog one, then quick save and wait for the master of the dog to die, then kill the ones attacking the dog, and talk to the dog, use the dialog option to look the dog in the eyes, you're gonna have a new pet if your survival skill it's 60 or highier, if not, the dog will attack.

investigate the roaring forest (you need 2 ropes) after that you can get an extra one and go to the old fallen tree

dunya's dad -quest sensitive must be before revolt npc changes location after event
stabbed bandit -TIME SENSITIVE, the npc will die in a month

romance - dunya (male & female) the bald guard(female)

heal a sick guy - time sensitive (speech checks luck, agility, ________ required)
find the guard's daughter
assist the boss with finding a friend


maiden's spring
no questgivers here - influenced by factory questline
romance young boy and girl

wood totem - gain +1 luck (need a stack of meat)

clear Red Fighter ("hospitalized" ATOM agent )
new antidote - 10 spider lymph nodes - big spiders with over 60 hp not the little ones that you find near the village or in the roaring forest ; wait 3 days from delivery
retired postman: destroying slaver operatin - peregon bbq
cheeating wife - bring her bra back fro a hotel
retrieve a missiong shield (you'll get a perk and money)

coal supply (you'll fight the guys that took your stuff in the begining)

mushroom cult: pass the knowledge test and donate money and 3 cans OF FOOD not empty tins
mushroom cult: "bring a lost sheep back in the fold"
mushroom cult: investigate the death tunnel
mushroom cult: assasinate a pig to make a point
mushroom cult: investigate a lost cult expedition


Red fighter:
HEEEEEEEXXXXX - clear the settlement
rebuild the bunker for the glory of ATOM and your horder paradise
fix the pump - 500 rubles
fix the generator
clear mushrooms
gas for the generator
fix the kitchen, living room, workshop, bath & sleeping quarters

optional - radio receiver - help merchant caravans (go to a location kill bandits, collect reward and return)

peregon:
diplomat: negotiate a truce between the guards and merchants
red mask gang

escort the caravan (cyclic)
kill spider (-1 luck)

talk with Carion (merchant) get a skill boost
dog fights (inner ship) - repetitive put/ sell dog to fight in the arena (he can wear armor , check on a white sheet the corpse of the killed dog for free meat and fangs) - need to wait a day in order to fight again

pier boat dock(west, right near the village)
daytime: fishermen quest (charisma required)
nighttime: slavers (speechchecks)

1 DOG (random encounter) - worldmap encounter (becomes a good companion after you get armor and the vet in Red Fighter )

2. Fidel (ATOM agent) - just go to KZM (big city in the south) and visit the pub "El Polo Loco"
3. Hexogen - Red fighter - clear up the town from big mutant spiders (6-7) after that he'll join you

4. slave girl - TEMPORARY COMPANION until you bring her home, free her from Bandit Fortress, she will carry your stuff around....leave her near the bar in KZM, after you build up Red fighter she'll join your base as a cook and a vet

5. evil goth chick - bad playthrough, you must start a special quest in KZM, although Fidel and Hex will abandon you if you side with her (don't know much about this questline apart from fighting the gangs )

it was detailed but couldn't find it in the forum - you start in kzm bar on the barge talking with an old guy, you need 4 pieces of the shield which are located in 4 locations (otrandje,drunken lair, wolf den, thug fortress ). after you get all 4 of them you use super glue in workshop 100% success and get the shield to the questgiver ...after you get out of the bar you get a message and the perk

unfortunately i cannot say exactly.
My base received all upgrades long time ago.
Its a long talk but at least he joins.
He also knows Fidel ...
I am really not sure but i think i met him in Otradnoye before?

How to deal with bandits at Bunker317
Ok, this took me a while to find out. There's a bit of chance involved, but it works.
Step 1: Enter bunker, loot a bit, come outside, and then get the bandits to attack you. They don't need to do damage or anything. Just get the first guy to run up to you and run back inside. This will put them in position for later
Step 2: Loot whatever and maybe level up. If you do level up, pump points into Lockpicking to at least 40.
Step 3: Go to the room with all the lockers and the bunks and unlock the lockers. Keep looking till you find the timed bomb.
Step 4: This is wear a lot more of the chance part comes in. On your turn, set the bomb to 10 secs and then drop it. Run away from the bandits and farther from the entrance. If you have enough AP, you should be out of the bombs 4 tile radius. The shotgun guy will run around the other two and shoot. This is a part where you might wanna save and reload and make sure your health is high, because digger will pop multiple caps in you dealing massive damage and the the shotgun guy will shoot you. Just hope guns jam.
Step 5: the bomb will explode, killing the other two guys and knocking one prone. Just beat up the prone guy while he's knocked out
Step 6: Profit. Lots of profit
I hope this helped someone who didnt want a fat setback.

Btw you can open the bunker with a lockpicking skill @ 70 . There's a tool to buy for lockpicking, i guess in KZM.
