You won't need any other mods, but if you insisted on more:
Little QOL improvement

If you want to try out Galina without slaughtering everything

If you want to fully customize your followers (a liitle cheat-y tho)

I don't think there is anything included that would make your game that much easier and those things that DO make it easier to some degree can be switched off easily for closer-to-vanilla experience.
Melee becomes closer to or even on par with martial (big thumbs up).
You don't have to spend 30 mins fishing for gold fish (on the cheat-y side but still just a QOL improvement).
The distinctions are looking more like what they are in Trudograd. There is no longer the feeling of "I have to take glutton for two free stats and probably sex appeal too". You actually get to choose now from the whole list and the choices are meaningful.
You will surely want to disable the growth in your stats on levels 7/14/21, if you want to keep to vanilla progression - those are 3 free stat points you wouldn't get otherwise.
This is debatable, but I didn't really like the perk progression in vanilla. Neutron makes all your perks cost 2 points no matter how many you had already taken before so you get a perk every other level. It's up to you, if you want to disable this feature or tweak it to one perk every three levels (probably on par with vanilla).
I like this change in particular:
Shield Bearer now requires Oaken Skin
Think Like the Enemy now requires Oaken Skin
You don't have to take a shield perk as a prerequisite, if you don't plan on using shields (thumbs up)
Changes documented under 2.7 are mostly QOL improvements like visual changes and control changes. Myself I like that followers get non-combat experience like I do. You can disable it, if that's not your cup of tea.
You can disable ANY part of this mod that's not to your liking which is just perfect. Take what you like, disregard things you don't.
I am curious about the neutron mod now. Does it disable steam achievements? Because i kind of like them, too ;).
