Gubstov disappears?
Trying to complete the poet and the publish mission but when I go back to the hotel to find Gubstov in the kitchen, he's no where to be found.
Is there something I'm missing or is this mission just bugged?

He's not in the hotel, he's in the building opposite the armor dealer.

Time of day doesn't matter, he's always there.

I have this exact problem. Playing on android. Gubstov is nowhere to be found so can't tell him I succeeded.

Nevermind he was the the lower part of the city. Not in same area as the arms dealer or Zhirenko.
