I got the sniper chick from the filling station fortress, and the crusty old guy from the bar in Otradnoye, and both went to the strategist, then I went to get Major Pronin at the border fortress and he rolled up a cigarette and disappeared.

I got some experience points and the quest is now no longer in my quest log, sooo, is that it?

Do I have to do anything else OR is it complete?
