Krasnoznamenny quest
Maybe it's just little quest but I cant fin this NPC that quest provide me to Krasnoznamenny.
Now i see only describe "I talked to the young militiaman about his mom. I should tell her the result..."
Where is his mother? :D
Somebody knows?

Now I don't know where's militiaman and where's his mother...
I can print scrren only describe of quest.

The militiaman in question is beside the building the chief of the guard has his office in, near the place where you enter the second section of the city. His mother is the lady a few steps behind him on the alley.
