I wouldn't get your hopes up just yet. It's difficult to tell because I had to run it through Google Translate but it look like the game is a live-service mobile game. It's unclear if it's single player or multiplayer and if nothing else it only has a South East Asia beta server. Further it looks like to validate an account you might need a "People's Republic of China Resident ID Card".

I'm hoping it'll get translated at some point but given the mobile games as a service aspect it seems unlikely they'd spot the money for a localization anytime soon.
