I'm going to refund...

This game has troubles with balancing. Early game the little flying laser turrets have too much damage. With just a few hits my shield is completely gone which is insane compared to other enemies of the area. And not just one of them floating around, they can even dash back to avoid your jump attack...

They can be annoying, yeah. My personal strategy is to focus them first so I can get energy for a charge attack leading into combos for all other enemies.
Also, funnily enough they have a "rhythm" of sorts which makes it easier to dodge with a dash once you learn it.
But I won't force you to play the game. If you've had enough, you're justified in refunding the game
