ENTER Key is not Working

i press "Enter Key" To interact with Place / Upgrade but i cant not press it , when i come to keyboard config , i realized "Enter Key" in this game has problem , it doesnt let me bind the enter key by pressing one , but you need to HOLD the Enter Key to Bind It.
But when i hold the Enter in the game , it's still not working . Any ideas?
if this cant be resolved i'm probably going to refund the game , cant play with this. the combat is so great and all but this enter key prevent me from upgrade and explore places

Why not bind it to a nearby key?

i tried but the button Must be "Enter Key" to interact with upgrade/Place . you cannot bind to other Key.
So even if you change it to nearby key , you still have to use Enter Key

and wow i just found a post from 2017 that has the same problem as me . so the devs didnt even bother to fix this bug from 2017?
