Black Screen. Can't launch game

Hello.
I have problem
I can't launch game. Always black screen. I reinstall game and Steam but doesn't work. Also i wait 5 min but nothing. Can you help me? ^

CPU: i7 3770 @ 3.40GHz
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 280X Vapor-X 3GB 384bit
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB 2400MHz
MOB: ASUS P8Z77-V LX LGA 1155
PSU: Corsair TX750

Thank you for the feedback and sorry for the issue you've encountered. We will test it on a similar system and try to find out the reason for this. Do you use the newest official drivers for your graphics and audio cards? I am sure we can find a solution for this. Thank you for your patience.

EDIT: There can be a initial window focus issue with some driver versions. Please try to press alt+tabulator x2 times to avoid this issue. Please let us know if this was the problem. Thank you.

Hey.
Problem is BANDICAM. I Shut down Bandicam and game launch good 2 times. Then i turn on Bandicam and again Black Screen. then Shut down bandicam and game works fine.
Problem is Bandicam ))
