After joining or creating game, I get connection lost overlay but can still play
An overlay saying Connection is Lost please reconnect to the network pops up every time I join or create a game about 15-30 secs after joining. I have tried rebooting steam, the computer and the steps detailed in the pinned connection lost discussion. While the overlay is up, I am still in the game and able to move around and play but the overlay makes it useless to try to play. The person I am playing with is on a shared ethernet connection in the same room.

Hey everyone!
Sorry to hear you're having this issue.

In previous cases, this error was caused due to the user's computer clock - in short, an incorrect clock can cause issues with connecting to the backend.

Please could you set your clocks to "automatic" on your computer - and if that doesn't work, try setting it manually?

Let me know if this works! :rollingbarrel:

Please could you right click Witch It in your Steam Library, press Properties, then General, then add this launch option in the text box:
-usecustomlog

Start the game, and write down your local time and timezone around the time you opened the game. Then close Witch It once you're in the main menu.

The log is saved to %localappdata%/WitchIt/Saved - please can you send this to us alongside the local time and timezone when you ran the test to support@barrelrollgames.com?

Thank you!
