Relocating millions of Dragons to our reality would most likely be a logistical nightmare. Sadly some would inevitably be left behind. The naturists, who reject their Human origins would most likely refuse to go, And teleporting Bed ridden Dragons, who are in critical condition can lead to disaster.

Back on Earth, the sudden surge of population would most likely cause the supply chain to fall apart for a while. Luckily the Dragons are remarkably self sufficient, therefore they would rapidly pick up the pace, and kickstart our economy. The combination of Human and Dragon tech could even lead to a new golden age.

Over all, if everything goes well, I think both Humanity, and Dragons would see each other as their saviors.

As for your main question. The main cast would end up as the poster boys/girls/complicated of peace between worlds.

I think Remy, and Adyne would ultimately end up with each other, and they would adopt both Vara, and Amely. They would both have hard feelings towards Anna for a while. But I think deep down in his heart Remy is grateful to Anna for essentially "saving" his unborn child. Anon (the main character) would help to iron out their differences over time.

Maybe it's my personal bias, but I think Anna is the most likely to form a stable relationship with Anon. Anon would turn over every stone to get her pardoned, and give her proper cancer treatment as soon as possible. They would have their true good ending, and live happily ever after. Anna would continue her research, but this time she would pay close attention to ethical boundaries, and her personal life. Their relationship would attract some judging looks from human society, but I don't think either would care.

Bryce seems like the kind of guy who prefers short term relationships, so he would most likely stay single for a while. He would remain a figure of authority. His job would be to minimize conflicts between Human, and Dragon society, with Sebastian on his side.

Lorem is a difficult one. I like his character, but I have a hard time imagining what he would do. I'm not even sure if he has romantic feelings towards Anon. But whatever happens,now he has new friends he can turn towards if things get difficult.

PS: This turned out to be a way longer comment than expected. I'm not even sure if I wrote this down to answer your question ,or to process my own thoughts.

Why do people ignore the fact that Anna basically saved Amely at that point?

If I'm correct, Anna would've just harvested Amely (as an embryo) for stem cells to treat her own cancer (why else would Anna meddle with the DNA to make Amely her own species?), killing Amely in the process. Anna only put Amely in an artificial egg shell to get rid of the evidence of the experiment. But hey, that's just a theory. A game theory

I thought the intent was to see how Amely would have survived it, studying the expulsion process and seeing which hormones she needed to boost. It makes more sense considering she was trying to make a cancer immune child. But who knows, I have a bias for Anna too. (Before you mention it, who said I couldn't like both girls equally?)

Ok, my mistake. Anna did say something about transplants after Amely hatched. But performing a potentially fatal untested experiment on a newborn doesn't look much better. Anna even said she would've smashed the egg if the fetus wasn't so large and hard to get rid of. To be honest though, the stem cell approach does seem a lot more realistic. Nobody said you couldn't like both Anna and Adine equally.

I would liked the ending would have hinted what happened to the cast after, at least in the immediate future but I hope they left this open for the sequeal...

I like think that Remy has adopted both Vara and Amely. He showed affection toward Vara, and I doubt he would have forget her even if he found the truth about Amely.
I think also his role as librarian and assistant of Emera, and his connection with the Human ambassdor and having taken part to resolve a crysis, could have put him in charge to care human-dragons relationships.

Adine should have reunited with Remy at last. I like think she got a chance in the human world to accomplish her dream and become a professional athlete. Looking that the city festival fell in the same time of the Dragon migration, I bet the Dragons kept the same day for celebrate their arrival on Earth, and Adine got another chance to show her worth.

Anna should have been pardoned for her help, and I like think she was cured from the cancer: the human city got facilities but no energy to run them. Dragons changed this.
The question if she is still reckless to pursue her experiments. I believe despite being pardoned, there is people in the Council that don't trust her, and could still keep an eye on her future researches.

Bryce surely still work in police, I wonder just if he got a promotion and put in charge as Chief of the police force of the human city now. He worked along with an human and his experience with that could have been seen invaluable. Emera surely would push such thing to polish her position; but she also believe into keep connection between Humans and Dragons, expecially now...

Lorem: good question. I could think he finished his game, but the novelty of his idea (a sim with humans and other creatures) could have fall out of favor now that Dragons have to live with Humans. Maybe he changed the project into something else... why not? At least I think he still in contact with our MC as close friend.
