Saying more might be spoiling it. :)
Kinda wish these types of dragons actually existed.
The world would be a better place.

Bait and what?
I came to date dragons i left cause oif the depressions
I think what is trying to be said is that visual novels (VN) either have a more mature theme which tend to be a bit more sexual in nature (hence the 18 in the sentence) or can be extremely violent which would also attest to the more mature audience idea. If it doesn't focus on that they usually focus on sad emotions or feelings of utter hopelessness.
Basically there is very few visual novels that go on the idea of a non-romance adventure where there isn't something completely depressing waiting in store somewhere in the game.
Unless I missed something and I messed up this logic entirely. XD
Still hope to see some VN that goes in another way to freshen up the genre.
I am not a big fan of this genre (because I prefer gameplay over story most of the time) but I enjoy some of them for the art style or even the story.
My favorite VN would easily be the Zero Escape serie.
And now I'm waiting for the next visual novels made by this dev, though I hope it will be something more original once again and not just humans and not just a Dating Sim because i find those aspects pretty uninteresting.
Phoenix Wright is a great serie tho, I did the first 3 games on the DS
