Indeed. It goes the same way for all the other characters. Visit the characters in this order:

Chapter 1:
(Character of your choice here, Remy, Anna, Lorem or Adine.)
Bryce

Chapter 2:
(Same character.)
Bryce

Chapter 3:
(Same character.)
Bryce

Sebastian looks at who you visited the most before the BBQ. Anyone with at least three completed scenes. Otherwise, he just notes that you have been hanging out with Bryce a lot.

Haha I've gotten that last one a few times, with Zhong's "Awkward." right after.

Huh, interesting. Bryce doesn't seem to want Lorem to be brought up.

Spoiler for Lorem 4th meet up
Think it's possible that Bryce could've been one of Lorems friends that Lorem believes bullied him, we can see from the Remy conversation with Bryce that his jokes can hit a wrong place and is possible that he did so with Lorem.
Then again Zhong doesn't know Lorem and Zhong has been friends with Bryce for a much longer time so that goes against that theory.

Or perhaps Bryce and Sebastian knows Lorem's secret. You know, the one Lorem reveals in Chapter 4. His fourth scene.

Before Sebastian can say anything, Bryce stops him. It's unclear IF Sebastian was going to actually say the word, but Bryce felt it was important enough to stop him from saying much further.

I mean that's what the spoiler tags are for, didn't originally intend for this to be a spoiler discussion but it's not like I can just move this thread to spoiler section myself.

Though in that discussion I'd assume that Sebastian was just about to say "Lorem is the postman." But it would make sense that Bryce might think Sebastian was about to bring up the other thing should they both know of it.

I feel like, something extra should have been done in Bryce's 3rd scene, since we can actually do Lorem's 4th scene before going to the BBQ and already learnt about his secret.

Like when Bryce stops Sebastian, we could comment that Lorem already told us, and we feel... however we feel based on what choice we made.

The same could be said for everyone else's 4th scene, except Bryce's of course.

Yeah, like after Bryce stops Seb you could question "Is this about Lorem's secret?" and then get a reply "Oh, so you already know?" and continue from there.
