I see what you meant there. But if it wasn't generating so strong feelings, would this game be of such a success?
thanks for your reply. I´ve seen you post replys on many topics so I feel a little honoured that you also reply to me.
However. After I got the - what´s called "neutral ending" I dind´t have another look into the game - except for that Lorim mod.
I know the storries from the other dragons by watching youtube videos and reading the conversations here so...
I actually - at least at the time where I write this - wanted to leave the game as it is. I´ve seen a small picture on youtube from the "true ending" where is that dragon and blood on his body.
I just don´t want to screw aggain.
I think I remember the dragon you mentioned. Wasn´t that the one who you meet somewhen in the libary and he asks you stuff but you reply like I´m not working here - I don´t know...
So dind´t realy get around to talk much more to him in my play throughs.
For the game beeing partwise "mean" aspekt. I know. I also do absolutely not mean to offend the creator of this. But ... let´s say... this game sure covers interests of a special crowd. Let you know a dragon and get involved in his live and then just like from one second to another he / she is taken away from you is realy hard, and also other people wrote that in their reviews.
I know that as more you progress in the store the more things make sense and also Reza -s intentions but ...
I´d like to have been along with Anna for example. Be in her lab, do some research. Do that ambassedor stuff and leave police stuff / investigations to Bryce and his crew. Like he takes back Maverik into service (if Maverik will agree) and then he can do stuff.
Also I´d like to have had an ablity to learn even more about the dragon culture... but the game went as it went and still this is one of the greatest games I´ve played for a long time..
But just sayin... about dragons beeing taken away if you push the wrong buttons.
Anyhow. What I wanted to add is that I might not reply to often in this toppic. This is not because I´m lazy or something, it has other reasons. I try to keep up - eventually - but I also wanted to use this as some kind of "ignition spark" for people starting discussions...
Yes, the game does require a lot of tissue papers. And I didn't finish all the achievements precisely for the same reason - there are things you just don't want to go through.
But, unlike with the real life, you can just leave it as it is. Love in the real life can be just as cruel, and you don't have a choice there. You fall in love, and that's it - there is no escape. :)
Nope, that's a different one. I wouldn't spoil it for you - one day you will find it out in the game, yourself. :)
Yep, you can do that in the game, too. But Anna is probably the most tragic character in the game - even her "good" ending will make your face wet. It really could have been a touch better.
BUT it is not a game though.
Everything needs light and dark - happiness and sadness - joy and sorrow, and so forth.
All of the heartbreak make the pay-off so much more rewarding.
In regards to the original topic's question...
The only dragon I don't have intense feelings about is Anna, but I don't hate her, either - she's just my least favorite of the main dragons for various reasons.
That's not to say I don't feel any compassion for her at all, so yes, her endings did affect me.
Everyone else I love dearly and would die for.
I know Ana´s stuff. I´ve read through most of the topics here after finishing the game and also watched videos.
For the research part I meant it that it should be an alternative route to the police stuff. Leave the 3 dragons alone doing their work and do other stuff.
However. Thanks for the hint with the dragon I need to ask for dragon´s music taste. I´m really not sure if I´ll play the solo mode ever aggain. Maybe somewhen? I just don´t want to end up as I felt when Lorem had his bad ending. I only cam remember it´s been nearly 10 years since something touched me so much deep inside me.
I also know about Remy and what can happen if you follow his path so...
Trying to avoid spoilers thats why I can´t write direct sentences or things I have in my mind.
Any news about new stuff from our dragons is great news. Would be nice if it was a game or a DLC but we´ll see. It has been hinted above that it´s probably going in another direction.
Some people "want to be a dragon" to reply to another topic. I don´t know what I have to say about that. I´m not sure if actually beeing a dragon is cool. I´d rather love to be around them. Like you could join them on their " planet " and be with em withouth the bad thing that could happen to them if you follow the wrong path...
That´d be awesome.
Talking of real life. Mine has had fun stuff but also lots of not so fun stuff and that´s why I´m kinda seeking "shelter" with my dragon friends...
I´m sure other people (looking at the topics) feel the same way.
Adine would´ve needed more dating. I´ve seen what happens when you go the Bryce / Anna path ...
Find it funny what
Bryce understands under a "romantic evening" like he´s skipping all the stuff you usually do when you start to get in a relationship.
Anyhow thanks for the chatter so far.
