Is there anywhere I can find all of the dialouge?

I wanna be able to have quick access to the character dialouge and their reactions to certain phrases and such to help me out with somethjing. Is there anywhere that has it logged, or am I just gonna have to go through the game and try and do it myself-

I'm think, you can use the modding tools and instructions from here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/discussions/18446744073709551615/1368380934242630855/?appid=571880
And find all dialogs in game files...

Well, there's a much simpler and easy to understand guide by PerfectLime45 with every bit of info and links to software you might need:

Another thing, if you want to use Notepad++ you need to do a small adjustment in settings (in case you are planning to mod things) to avoid getting weird errors.
Go to Settings -> Preferences -> Language
