i bought this game a while ago but every time that i try to open it im met with a frozen screen, i can hear the music and sound effects but whenever i try to move my mouse over the window it dissapears and the screen just stays frozen. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game but that hasn't worked, if you know what's wrong please help
