Technically nothing. Keeps them clean, is all.
in a way it would be interesting if they could be broken to flood on out, causing water to spill on out and possibly trigger any possible guards nearby to go and investigate to grab their attention long enough to get in a stab to get rid of them
or discourage npcs from wandering into bathrooms if the toilet is broken creating a safe spot to stash bodies unless guards are still in the level where they will alert a guard to go and check as if to fix it and discover bodies or fix the toilet to where it cant be rebroken
i dunno something at least, it feels like a wasted opportunity to not do something with the toilets being interactable
why was there time spent programming a prompt on them ?
Because we thought that it was needed.
