Rocket (Laboratory)

So to prepare the rocket for launch: You need fuel, and you need the nuclear substance from one of the desks. Has anyone figured out what else you need? I feel like I've tried everything.

Huh, any clue how to unlock it? I hope that isn't that last gift item on the mystic line.

Resurrecting this if anyone is having trouble:

You need the powder thing on the desk (always spawns).

A chip, which can spawn randomly in a crate, OR a scientist always carries one... you need to kill 'em until you get it.

A fuel container which you can get either in a crate randomly or in the back of a police car also randomly (but frequently).

The RNG makes the level a drag, tbh, but it's not as ridiculous as it might seem...
