Some ideas, suggestions for the game that i got
Hide 5,10,15,20 bodies gives you Stealth exp.
Expand the Burn, Shock and Poison Partygoers achievments(that give exp) from 5,10; to 5,10,15,20.
Add chainsaw guy from the PH1, maybe make so while running as him you activate the chainsaw massacre ability.
I don't know if its already in the game, but make so the game rewards you with Stealth exp if you escape Cops 5,10,15,20 times.

Kao Tech suggestions:
Extend the Kao Tech stamina pool (make it drain slower).
Do something with the Cleaning Lady so she won't give out Kao Tech, like she ignoring him or something, or maybe an easter egg, and she speaks on the Kao Tech language and still doesn't gives out Kao Tech to cops.
When using Instinct (Party Vision) as Kao Tech, dead partygoers are marked with grey, alive partygoers are marked with cyan or purple color.
Change the Kao Tech spawn location on the Punch Club level.
