Stuck at 90% Loading?

Just came back to the game from a break, and I cant load into any "custom" game modes? only career. i managed to get into 1 custom after 26 mins of waiting, loaded a boat and the game crashed. Not mods nothing, i tried with them enabled to nothing still, re installed the game, re validated files..

Anyone else having this issue?

Dawg what? i have almost 3k hours in this game? my PC is fine... i run DCS at over 100 FPS... The issue is the game. And.. we have almost identical specs.
