NVIDIA GTX1060 Notebook.
Was fine last night. No driver or file changes.
Now crashing on startup. Verified content, done everything I can.

removed game and re installed, zip effect.

Im having the exact same issue, tho I forgot how to check the crash logs

Also i can't tweak any of my settings in Asus Tweak or it won't boot.
I love the game PLEASE fix the Nividia Bug.
I have reinstalled and tried all graphical settings btw.
1. Go to the properties of BFG2 on Steam
2. In the general tab, Set Launch option.
3. Type in "-WinX=0 -WinY=0"
4. Launch the game again.

It just randomly began doing this one day, after I played the game almost daily.
Hello, I cant remember the exact fix that worked for me but it was along the lines of updating drivers, veryfing integrity and adding something to the launch options, if you look for it in the forums you´ll find it, cheers
