Remove the backpack,
Set the mag count to 5,
Lower the weight by either a half or a third.

It kinda is stupid to see a backpack when all youre carrying is secondary ammo(especially with a 9mm,also the fact that even using a 9mm gives it 50% weight- for comparison,steling with no vest/ammo capacity upgrade and 3 50 round mags weights about 14%)
