New DLCs not in ultimate edition???
I own the ultimate edition but in game I do not have the DLC parts and re-skins available?

If you bought it before new DLCs were added, you have to buy those new DLCs

No, that's how collections/bundles work.

You didn't buy a season pass, you bought a bundle.

Once the new DLCs will be added to the bundle, the bundles price will increase accordingly.
