Repairing Vehicle should un-press the toggle controls
Lets say I have two pistons on my vehicle, each on the one side of the vehicle, they are both extended by a toggle button.

- I have both extended, half my vehicle gets blown off.
- I repair my vehicle.
- Now one's extended, other isn't.
- Vehicle is now tilted, pressing the button just switches the tilt.

___
further suggestion:
Maybe add a "Keep value on repair" toggle into advanced options of blocks.

there are 2 kinds of repair: unflipping and reset. Unflipping is triggered by pressing the repair button, actual repair is triggered by holding it. Unflipping is intended to keep all vehicle state, destroyed blocks won't come back all all blocks keep their state, while actual repair resets the entire creation state to the state it is in when you leave build mode. How are you triggering the repair? It sounds like you are getting a weird mix of both types of repair, which should be impossible

As I typed, obviously the actual repair. the blocks came back.
Maybe FPS drop messed things up?
Happened to me only once, didn't re-test it.

Also speaking of block control related states

in Pioneers, other player triggered a cut scene dialog, I think while I was actively holding trigger for thrusters.
After the cutscene the thrusters stopped working until I transformed the vehicle back and forth.
