(I'm Portugese btw)
If they don't speak Italian, it's a matter of securing (and very likely paying) a translator for each of these languages; I dare not even think how you go about such matters. How can you be sure your translator is good enough, conveying the thoughts behind the words correctly?
There's so much that can ruin the experience - on top of the matter with money.
...and, not to be an ass, but in this day and age, one can't really expect translations even in AAA titles.
I'm Czech. Do you know how many games have Czech translations? :D My point there being, if you provide one or two translations, you're bound to upset about dozen more nations.
I sincerely believe that the effort / payout ratio on providing translations for games is absolutely not worth it, doubly so in case of a small team with limited resources.
I'm working on a translation in Italian but it will take me more than a month to complete the work and I would also need a response from the developers to know whether to publish it in the guides or if they want to implement it in the game directly.
Sperimao che gli sviluppatori ti ascoltino e ti supportino, sarebbe il minimo aiutare qualcuno che vuole tradurgli il gioco visto che loro non l'hanno fatto, cross fingers.
Obviously Italian is not amongst the 7 most important translations for this game.
Otherwise it would have an Italien translation obiously.
Despite that - i think it shouldn't have a single one besides english. It's world speech - so get over it.
I'd really wished it would be esperanto - but it isn't. So deal with reality.
Your answer is wrong, the work of the fans must be supported. We hope that the developers will read these words.
Esperanto is a good language!!! :P
e l'italiano è la quarta lingua per diffusione nel mondo, nel 2016 ha superato anche il tedesco
piantiamola con questi luoghi comuni, per piacere, si prevede, inoltre, che nel 2019 in italia si venderanno vg per quasi 4 mll di euro
i dev e i publisher che ignorano la nostra lingua commettono un errore grossolano
