There's a glitch that is pretty easy to stumble by accident (found it two times before I understood what was causing it.), but very easy to avoid when you know what is causing it.

When you decide to upload failsafe.exe to the SRAID, you have to click on the SRAID and the option "Let's do this." at the same time (so click on the option while also hovering the SRAID). I am not sure if it also works for other option (like answer to the phone). The result are pretty funny, but game breaking if it's your first playthrough (and also for future playthrough if you want to see the difference in dialogue that comes from your choice in the game).
