HELP IM STUCK

So I only have Diana, Larissa and Adrian's voice, I already called everyone including HR and Edgar with every voice I have, Johanna was killed and the profiling bar is at 90 % but i can´t proceed, i even have the number of akaras and the former name of Larissa but idk hahah help me please!!
Donovan is not helping either

The security question is the key here - you have both the number of Akaras and Larissa's former name. Type those into the phone, first the Akara number and then Larissa's former name (1 click for every letter).
