Oh boy.
I bought this game for the whole cyber punk experience and quality story telling.

Played for about an hour, kind of boring even for my standards. And I like boring stuff.

Now that I'm reading all this PC crap about it, it seems its just a trans/feminist/sexual message dressed up as a $12 point and click browser game. I think I'm returning it and buying Cuphead instead. This forum helped my decision. I will stick to Deus Ex. Thanks.

It's not.

From what I can tell its a bunch of ripped/toned men working at a bar with gender issues and are probably gay and there is one fat chick in it.

I think I will pick this up as a gift for my nephew.

It's a cyberpunk plot set in a socially progressive future. The store description is accurate. It's about fate and happiness, in the context of a corporate conspiracy centered in moral philosophy.

What? Can you quote the dialogue? As far as i know, she "Loves" Donovan, and simply is incredibly horny.

Ugh...

He's being sarcastic. And suprise suprise people, fat people and gay men do exist amazingly enough. Showing it in a game isn't trying to be socially progressive; the default isn't white heterosexual male.

He's not being sarcastic, it's in the last chapter. But the game doesn't make a big deal of it.

My mistake about the error but he's still being sarcastic... The sentence is dripping with it. Its toxic.

Pepe is dead. Just like harambe
If anything, this game made me genuinely root for the "villains" towards the end, they managed to convince me that their "mind control" is the only way for humanity to evolve.

Same here. It was pointed out that it did not override free will and creativitiy.

Yes. Obviously its impossible for the girl to be lieing to us. Obviously she's telling us the exact truth. Even if it didn't that doesn't neccesarily justify it.

It was evident in a few ways, from memory. Not just that employees account (which was corroborated incidentally by others). And no, it doesn't "necessarily" justify it, as it's designed to be a moral dilemma. I was just personally convinced given my background and what came to light. I was among many, it seems, who felt disappointed the game doesn't let you switch sides at the end.

Collobrated by other employees which doesn't strike me as the most clear evidence. Which other few ways are you talking about|?
