Spoiler, of course.

You get the first results when the marketing lady visits - she talks about Johanna sending a mail to the whole company, flipping them off and telling them to go eff themselves or soemething.

Later Johanna goes a bit looney and through a set of circumstances that aren't particularly well explained, she ends up on a bridge with a gun pointed at Brandeis. There's a minigame where you talk her down. I did so successfully, but based on what was said it sounds like you could fail in a few different ways (shot, or if you over-use the device he's carrying that 'softens' her punk implant temporarily it apparently 'fries' her? I don't know that those outcomes are actually possible in the game, just that it mentions them).

In my game I talked her down, disabled the implant, and then she joined him in the bar to discuss plans to oppose MNA. She goes on to say the feelings were real, and didn't come from the implant - the implant just exposed and highlighted some of the feelings she already had (and those feelings where likely driving her pre-implant crisis) -- so even though it's now disabled, her eyes are opened and she can't go back to where she was... BUT. She still feels loyalty to the company, and wants to direct the outcome to one where the MNA is stopped and the corp's path is restored to a good one.

She asks Akara, of all the options, why did she choose punk? Akara replies that she doesn't fully understand either, just felt that it was the right choice at the time (which is ironic, since she earlier mentioned Donavan's "gut" was really the brain subconsciously processing too many factors to be followed in conscious thought - but Akaras don't have that problem).

That's as far as I've gotten, so maybe a partial answer.
