Increase FPS performance?
No Graphic Cards.
Intel Core 3.
4 GB Ram.

As expected my game is extremelly laggy, even at the lowest Graphic Settings and the lowest resolutions.

Is there a way I can edit the game's files like removing textures so I can increase my FPS?

You may not meet the minimum requirements to play (be sure to check out the store page): Technically (by the book), anyway.

However, I'm currently working on some optimization techniques that may improve FPS, but not much (next patch). There are just the graphical options to set to lowest that you've already done.

As for other tricks.... Chrome takes up a ton of juice. You should use Firefox, instead, with a machine with those specs (you may wanna close your browser completely).

Full screen mode instead of windowed may help with less redraws on your gpu.
