Banned for death note drawing that contained no nudity or anything inappropriate
All it was was a man with an elongated neck who had a sack of flesh body but it contained no inappropriate imagery such as nudity or gore was wondering how does software define inappropriate art work in death notes

Well can't see it, but I do know humans do the actual judgement on everything. So a player would have deemed it inappropriate and reported it, and a dev would have then looked at it and agreed.

Obviously I haven't seen the image in particular, but odds are if it was obvious that your "person" with an elongated neck were attempted to look as much like male genitalia as humanly possible, that would certainly have counted.
