Different color empower messages for the CW

what does the green message verus the regular orange message mean?

If I remember correct, the orange messages are general system messages like "you were occupied" etc etc or that you empowered someone successfully if none of that happened.

The green one is to tell you that not only did you successfully empower someone but it actually helped them.

I'm not 100% sure, haven't gotten CW in a long time, if I'm wrong feel free to correct me.
