My last game was the second game where there has been discrepancies about what happened to a certain target. A noble claimed he used gossip on 16, but got no feedback. I debauched 16 into 13 however, so I said the noble is lying. Turns out he was a real noble, wtf?

Like I said, this is the second time but last time was a long time ago but I do remember a similar incident. Now it says on noble's gossip description that it won't show: conversions, attacks, the king's abilities or self-targeting abilities. But a debauch seems like neither of these? So whats going on?
